History and Background

Construction Cost Associates provide personalized and high quality professional quantity surveying and construction cost management services to a range of private and public sector clients and institutions.

Established in 2002, the business is owned and operated by Jim Ford.

Based in Brisbane, Queensland, projects are undertaken throughout Australia and with a specific focus on Queensland and Northern New South Wales.

Jim has been involved in the local construction industry since the late 1980's and has previously held directorships with national QS firms until 2002. He is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and a Certified Quantity Surveyor.

In addition to traditional quantity surveying expertise, Jim is also an AIQS registered expert witness and regularly provides quantity surveying expert witness services.
