History and Background

Construction Cost Associates provide personalized and high quality professional quantity surveying and related property services to a range of private and public sector clients and institutions.

Established in 2002, the business is jointly owned and operated by Jim Ford and Lee Dolan.

Based in Brisbane, Queensland, projects are undertaken throughout Australia and with a specific focus on Queensland and Northern New South Wales.

Lee and Jim have been involved in the local construction industry since the 1980's and have previously held directorships with national QS firms until 2002 and are both professionally qualified quantity surveyors.

CCA staff are members of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS) and/or The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

We also hold a QBCC Licence - "Builder - Project Management Services".

In addition to traditional quantity surveying expertise, both Lee and Jim bring areas of specialist experience to the business – Lee focusing on Strata Title and Aged Care services and Jim on construction cost management, estimating and expert witness services.
